When people hear the word RISK, they clam up. Risk taking is a muscle that needs to be worked. Choosing to be brave in this life journey is scary. But is it doable? Absolutely. I can teach you how.

As a former television news anchor / reporter for CBS in Dallas, Texas and newspaper columnist for Gannett in Ohio, I know that internal communications must be grounded in bold, swift action.
I challenge audiences to develop a strong internal “pep” talk, which is the first crucial step in risk-taking. Then I help audience members discover their own innate “boldness” and kiss fear goodbye.
